He experienced no pain-I asked him to raise both arms up and down slowly. As we can see no winging is observed. What can be the underlying causes ? He complains that this is giving him instability when doing bench press and shoulder press. He experienced no pain-Today I want to share what I did with him in our session, and my movement-based assessment approach. Comparing his right and left side, significant internal range of motion limitation can be seen with the internal rotation range of motion test. So first I will address to this problem. I had him laying on his side to do sleeper stretch with MET technique. And I gave him two exercises to improve his scapula control and strengthen his serrates anterior-I will keep up with his process and share to you guys in the future.
