「牙醫會知道嗎」
有一則網路傳言，大意是這樣：
「女病患去看牙醫，結果牙醫問她最近是不是玩很大，因為常口交會像她一樣喉嚨破皮。她聽完很後悔，早知道那幾天就不要一直幫人口交了，並且po問網友是否為真。」
究竟牙醫怎麼知道的？

👉口交相關的點狀出血
(Fellatio-associated petechial hemorrhage)
這是正式的醫學名詞喔。
因為口交時，長時間的負壓環境導致微血管破裂，造成上顎的點狀出血。
這些瘀血常位於上顎的硬軟顎交界處，呈現紅紫色(purpuric, reddish)、橢圓(elliptical)，通常2-3天內會消失。
這是良性且暫時的現象，不會有併發症。
📍補充知識
口交的醫學英文是fellatio，特指吸吮陰莖的性行為。寫論文或是英文高手會用這個詞。
